Experience
Theresa began her career in the real estate industry in 2003. She took a job with a local real estate and mortgage firm. Then Theresa transitioned to a company that administers Self-Directed IRAs and 1031 Exchanges.
Over the last several years, she has been working one on one with investors on a variety of transactions involving either 1031 exchanges, or purchasing real estate with an IRA. Her knowledge and expertise on these tax-saving strategies have proven to be invaluable to our clients.
Education
- Graduated from FGCU with a BA in Psychology.
- Currently pursuing her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CES (Certified Exchange Specialist) and CISP (Certified IRA Service Professional) designations.
- Licensed title agent with the State of Florida.
