Don Turner PA, Director of Land

Don is a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida.  He has witnessed firsthand the tremendous change to commercial real estate landscape in our area.

Specializing in land development, sales and commercial leasing, Don has worked with some of the largest home builders and commercial property developers in the country.  He's worked on site selections, site analysis and has brokered and co-brokered over 50 million dollars in gross commercial real estate sales and leases.  Don has also worked with several large private investors and real estate investment trusts.  He's analyzed and selected commercial real estate investments that suited their investment purposes.

Don is a single father of three boys, which Don says "keeps him on his toes".  He is an extremely hard worker and is devoted to his clients and protecting their investments.  Don served in the US Army for five years.  He also worked in the automotive retail industry, serving as a Manager for two of the most successful and high volume dealerships in Southwest Florida.
