Alex is the broker of record and Chief Executive Officer of REALM Commercial. His primary focus is his relationship with his clients. Alex is involved in every aspect of a transaction from start to finish. Through a hands-on approach, Alex provides unmatched service and strategy for his clients.
In addition to improving work flow, Alex has continued to study market demographics and investor analysis. In turn, he provides the highest level of knowledge to his clients.
Alex is qualified in all aspects of commercial real estate. He is particularly knowledgeable in the area of medical properties. This is a field in which his mother, Robyn Wright, mentored him on for many years. His experience specializing in medical and health care related properties provides insight into the market. This allows Alex to empower his clients to make informed decisions.
In addition to Alex’s experience, his clients receive the benefit of the best network in the world, the CCIM Institute. As part of the CCIM Institute, Alex is able to provide unparalleled national and international exposure to maximize value for his clients.
Professional Accomplishments
Successfully completed over $60 million in transactions with his team. In 2007 and 2008, Alex was awarded CoStar’s Top Producer as a CoStar Power Broker.
Achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Alex is now part of a small, elite group of professionals to have earned the top commercial real estate designation.
Served in leadership positions in many local organizations including serving as a board member of the Building Owners and Managers Association for Southwest Florida (BOMA).
